Pure essential oils have been used in aromatherapy for many years to enhance wellbeing. They are extracted from various parts from the plants and they also known as nature's essences. 

I have been blending and using essential oils for many years and really enjoy working with them. You can easily incorporate them into your daily routine to enjoy the therapeutic properties. Essential oils are highly concentrated, so always use them with care. Always read the safety information on the label. Please see the essential oil safe usage guidance here.

Please note that you should never apply pure essential oils directly on your skin. Do not use on sensitive,irritant or damaged skin. Always dilute 1 - 2 drops with a carrier oil such as Sweet almond, Sunflower, Coconut, Olive oil Wheatgerm or other base oils. Using a 2% essential oil dilution is generally considered a safe guideline for topical application.

Whichever method you decide to try; remember you almost always need to dilute the essential oil in some way before using.

Always read safety instructions and use them carefully.

If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, have cancer, or have any other medical problem, use oils only under the proper guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner at your own risk.

Please note, we do not recommend taking essential oils internally. Keep them away from children and pets.

For diffusers - Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.

PS: Lavender is the most versatile and the safest essential oil, however always take precautions.
