Pure essential oils have been used in aromatherapy for many years to enhance wellbeing. They are extracted from various parts from the plants and they also known as nature's essences.
Iris and Me have been blending and using essential oils for many years and really enjoy working with them. You can easily incorporate them into your daily routine to enjoy the therapeutic properties. Essential oils are highly concentrated, so always use them with care. Please read the essential oil safe usage guidance.
Always read the safety information and allergens on the label for your own safety.
I do not recommend taking essential oils internally. Keep them away from children and pets.

You should never apply pure essential oils directly on your skin. Do not use on sensitive, irritant or damaged skin. Always dilute 1 - 2 drops with a carrier oil such as Sweet almond, Sunflower, Coconut, Olive oil Wheatgerm or other base oils. Using a 2% essential oil dilution is generally considered a safe guideline for topical application.
Whichever method you decide to try; remember you almost always need to dilute the essential oil in some way before using.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, have cancer, or have any other medical problem, use oils only under the proper guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner at your own risk.
Directions: Do not use undiluted on the skin. For external use only. Avoid Keep away from children and eyes. Seek medical advice if pregnant or have a medical condition.
Use within 12 months of opening.
