Iris & me offers group sauna sessions to take you through an aromatherapy journey with body pampering treats. These sessions are designed to allow you to unwind in the sauna with invigorating delicious body pampering scrubs, aromatherapy blends and rejuvenating face oils to create a mini spa experience. Expect aufguss and some whisking rituals during the session too.
I also make personalised blends and pamper packages to meet the needs for your events.

I really enjoy creating aromatherapy spa experiences in the sauna. I have offered various sessions at the community sauna baths, Sweheat sauna, Saunaverse festival and also took part at the Kings cross wellness festival with Slow motion sauna event.

I’ve used Iris and Me’s lavender oil in my diffuser at night for the past two weeks. I’ve been sleeping so well that my Oura ring has picked up on it, and the app even asked what I had been doing different in my sleep routine! I also loved the pampering session in Hackney. Highly recommended :)
I was very lucky to experience this at the Saunaverse festival recently and it was simply wonderful. Romi whisked away the stresses and strains of life with carefully curated blends of essential oils, a fantastic salt scrub, and a coffee and honey scrub. I left feeling calm and relaxed, as though I'd been leaf whisked off to another realm.
