Lemongrass essential oil - Cymbopogan citratus

Zesty and energising lemongrass essential oil works really well in your diffuser or in a massage oil blend to soothe achy muscles.

Lemongrass oil works on body and mind to refresh and stimulate.

This oil works as an insect repellent too. Dilute 10-12 drops in a small spray bottle of witch hazel or mix 4- 6 drops with 2 tablespoons lotion to dab on skin.

Please note that essential oils are highly concentrated, so always perform a patch test if you are applying on skin.
