We will be offering a range of massage treatments during the feel good wellbeing day. There will be a team of experienced therapists offering massages to create a moment of calm for you to relax and unwind. Massage treatments are highly effective due a range of benefits for your mind and body. The techniques and the pressure used can help to soothe and heal the body. Massages help with blood circulation too. I highly recommend these treatments by our therapists.
We will be offering Deep tissue, Ayurvedic massages, Acupressure, Lomi Lomi and Swedish massages and more. 20 minutes £20. Longer sessions are available on the day. (Depending on the availability)
