  • Pure Cotton inner cover filled with organic Lavender and Flax seeds.

This pillow is ready to use immediately. However, if you would like to apply some heat or cold application, you can remove the outer cover and follow the instructions on the packaging.  (This is a personal preference, however, my recommendation is to use  it as it is to retain the therapeutic properties).

Gently warm it up if you are experiencing severe migraine issues.

For Hot therapy 

  • Gently heat in the microwave for 10 seconds - 800 watts or higher
  • 20 - 30 seconds for 600 watts (it should be warm to the touch not hot)
  • Alternatively you can gently heat it on top of the Radiator for few minutes

For Cold therapy

  • Put the inner pillow in the freezer for 20 - 30 minutes

Washing instructions

Remove the outer cover and hand wash with soap and air dry
